Jeffrey is an associate in the corporate group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.

Before joining the firm, Jeffrey practiced in the mergers and acquisitions group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Delaware, where he represented a number of prominent private and public companies in domestic and international transactional matters and regularly advised in areas of Delaware corporate and alternative entity law.
