Finn Dixon & Herling sponsored an afternoon seminar entitled Cryptocurrencies and Private Funds: Business, Regulatory and Tax Implications, on February 7th at the 101 Club on 101 Park Avenue in New York, New York.The seminar was geared towards managers who are considering whether to integrate cryptocurrencies into existing funds or to start a separate “cryptocurrency” fund (whether through a traditional fund structure or through an initial coin offering).  Speakers include Justin J.
