Finn Dixon & Herling to sponsor seminar on Cryptocurrencies and Private Funds on February 7th at the 101 Club on 101 Park Avenue in New York, New York

Finn Dixon& Herling will sponsor an afternoon seminar entitled Cryptocurrencies and Private Funds: Business, Regulatory and Tax Implications, on February 7th at the 101 Club on 101 Park Avenue in New York, New York.  Registration begins at 4:15 PM.  The seminar begins at 4:30 PM and ends at 6:30 PM, and will be followed by a one hour reception.  The seminar is geared towards managers who are considering whether to integrate cryptocurrencies into existing funds or to start a separate “cryptocurrency” fund (whether through a traditional fund structure or through an initial coin offering).  Speakers include Justin J.
