Hedge Fund Attorney Matthew Eisenberg Joins Finn Dixon & Herling as Partner

Eisenberg, a prominent hedge fund attorney, has been named a partner of the firm. Mr. Eisenberg has an extensive background representing a variety of domestic and offshore hedge funds, funds of funds and other investment funds, third party marketers and broker-dealers. He advises as to all aspects of fund and broker-dealer structuring, formation and operations, as well as investment adviser and broker-dealer registration and compliance.
