Finn Dixon & Herling Bolsters Banking and Finance Practice; Adds Christopher Craig as Partner

STAMFORD, CT – Finn Dixon & Herling LLP, a law firm with extensive experience providing corporate, transactional, securities, investment management and litigation counsel, announced that Christopher Craig, a prominent banking and finance attorney, has joined the firm as a partner. Mr. Craig was previously a partner at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP.

Mr. Craig regularly represents lenders and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions and secured credit facilities, including cash-flow and asset-based financings. He has significant experience in acquisition financings, first and second lien facilities, mezzanine financings, project financings, restructurings and loan sales and participations, including non-performing loan portfolio acquisitions.
