Marcia Sugrue practices in the areas of venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Marcia represents private equity and venture capital firms in connection with leveraged acquisitions, portfolio investments and matters relating to their portfolio companies, including add-on acquisitions, auctions, dispositions and corporate governance matters.
