Sarah Sennett is an associate in the Investment Management group. Ms. Sennett’s practice focuses on the representation of investment advisers and private funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds (domestic and offshore). Her practice involves preparation of fund offering documents, SEC and state investment adviser registration filings and advising private investment funds and managers regarding on-going operational and compliance matters.
Ms. Sennett holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law with a concentration in Business and Financial Law. While in law school, she served as the President of Fordham Law Women. She also participated in Fordham’s Federal Tax Clinic where she worked as part of a team representing clients in legal disputes against the IRS. Ms. Sennett received a B.A., with Highest Honors, from Duke University in 2013. Ms. Sennett is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut.
