He has extensive experience representing private equity, growth equity, buy-out, mezzanine capital and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies in domestic and international leveraged buy-outs, control investments, minority financings, dispositions, recapitalizations, restructurings, joint ventures and related transactions. Neil has recently provided advice to fund clients that include L Catterton, Dubin Clark & Company and Gridiron Capital.
He also represents emerging and established companies and their boards of directors with respect to corporate governance, debt and equity fundraising, transactional, dispute resolution, employment, commercial and securities related matters.
Neil has broad experience in diverse industries that include the technology, retail, industrial goods, healthcare, media, consumer products, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, B2B services and hospitality sectors.
