He represents private equity, growth equity, buy-out, mezzanine capital and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies in domestic and international leveraged buy-outs, control investments, minority financings, dispositions, recapitalizations, restructurings, joint ventures and related transactions. Neil has recently advised fund clients that include L Catterton, Dubin Clark & Company and Gridiron Capital.
He also represents emerging and established companies and their boards with respect to corporate governance, debt and equity fundraising, transactional dispute resolution, employment, commercial and securities related matters. Neil advises a national base of corporate clients in multiple industries.
