Neil Ruben's practice focuses on representing private equity and venture capital funds in domestic and international control investments, minority financings and related transactions. He also regularly represents a variety of emerging and established companies in general corporate, transactional and commercial matters. Mr. Ruben received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2011.
