Neil Ruben's practice focuses on representing private equity and venture capital funds in domestic and international control investments, minority financings and related transactions. He also regularly represents a variety of emerging and established companies in general corporate, transactional and commercial matters and has experience representing sponsors, lenders and debtors in debt financings. Mr. Ruben received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2011.
