Neil Ruben's practice focuses on representing private equity, growth equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies in domestic and international leveraged buy-outs, control investments, minority financings, dispositions, recapitalizations, restructurings and related transactions.

He also regularly represents emerging and established companies in a wide variety of industries in corporate governance, fundraising, transactional, commercial and securities matters.

Fund clients to whom Neil has recently provided substantial advice include L Catterton, Dubin Clark & Company and Gridiron Capital.

Neil has broad experience counseling clients in a variety of industries, including technology, industrial goods, healthcare, media, consumer products, financial services, B2B services and hospitality.
