Andrea Wienert Mirabito focuses her practice on general corporate matters, with a concentration on M&A transactions. She has experience in strategic and private-equity sponsored acquisitions, venture capital financings and private placements. Mrs. Mirabito also advises clients on general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mrs. Mirabito was employed as an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP (New York and London), where she practiced in the areas of public and private mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
Mrs. Mirabito received her J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law in 2001, where she was articles and notes editor of the St. John’s Law Review. She received a B.A. in mathematics and economics from Vanderbilt University in 1998. She is admitted to practice in the States of Connecticut and New York.
