Mr. Mendelowitz practices in the areas of executive compensation, employee benefits and ERISA. He has been part of teams advising a wide variety of clients, including both public and private companies and private equity firms, with respect to executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and other strategic transactions. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Mendelowitz was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York City. Mr. Mendelowitz received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2008, where he was a member of the New York University Review of Law and Social Change. He received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Duke University in 2005.
