Tamu Lewis is a Partner in the Debt Financing Group. She focuses her practice on corporate finance matters representing financial institutions, private equity sponsors and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions and secured credit facilities, including cash-flow and asset-based financings, and second lien, subordinated and mezzanine debt finance transactions. She also has experience in commercial lease negotiations. Prior to joining Finn, Dixon & Herling LLP, Ms. Lewis was an associate in the Real Estate Department at Paul Hastings LLP (Stamford), where she practiced in the area of general real estate law.
Ms. Lewis is Co-Chair of the firm's Wellness Committee.
