Marc Herman is a member of the litigation team and focuses his practice on securities litigation, regulatory investigations, and white collar criminal defense. Mr. Herman also provides counsel on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Herman was an associate at a large regional law firm where he gained valuable litigation experience and took an active role in the defense of a multinational corporation against claims of unfair trade practices and defamation.
Mr. Herman received his Bachelor of Laws from Nottingham Law School, England, before receiving his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he was elected to Lead Articles Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review and graduated in the top 3% of his class. During law school, Mr. Herman was also selected to intern for the Honorable Stefan R. Underhill at the United States District Court, Bridgeport.
