Justin M. Greatorex is an associate in the Debt Financing practice group, focusing his practice on corporate finance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Justin was an associate in each of the Capital Markets and Lending practice group in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and the Banking and Finance practice group in the New York office of Moses & Singer LLP. His prior experience concentrated on a variety of financing matters, including term loan and revolving credit facilities, letter of credit facilities, pledge and security documentation, and bank form preparation. His clients have ranged from large U.S. and foreign banks to smaller regional banks. The transactions have included representing the administrative agent in syndicated deals, lead banks in "club" deals, syndicate members in syndicated deals, and bilateral lenders. Justin also has significant experience representing leading investment banking firms in connection with acquisition and syndicated leveraged financing and general commercial financing transactions, and representing prominent underwriters and initial purchasers in connection with offerings of equity and debt securities, including private placements of high yield debt, Rule 144A and Regulation S transactions.
