Katie Crispi is an associate in the Debt Financing group.  Having practiced in London and New York, Katie has significant experience acting for borrowers and lenders including companies, banks, funds, trustees, and other stakeholders across a broad range of matters.

Katie clerked for Judge Kevin Gross in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Katie received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a notes and articles editor on the Fordham International Law Journal as well as a member of the Moot Court Board. Katie earned her B.A. from Wellesley College.
