Chris Craig is a leader of our Debt Financing practice group. Mr. Craig represents lenders and borrowers, including finance companies, SBIC funds, private equity sponsors and hedge funds, in leveraged finance transactions and secured credit facilities, including cash-flow and asset-based financings. He has significant experience in acquisition financings, first and second lien facilities, unitranche facilities, mezzanine financings, intercreditor arrangements, restructurings and loan sales and participations, including non-performing loan portfolio acquisitions. Mr. Craig works on transactions ranging in size from “middle market” to “large cap” financings. Mr. Craig also has experience in international financings, including a two year engagement in his former firm’s Tokyo Office. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Craig was a partner at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP and prior thereto was with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
Mr. Craig is the firm's Administrative Partner and Chair of the firm's Management Committee.
