Peter Buscemi is a Partner in the Debt Financing group. Mr. Buscemi represents banks, private financial institutions, funds, SBIC Lenders, mezzanine lenders and private equity sponsors in domestic and international commercial and corporate finance matters. He has significant experience in leveraged finance transactions (including acquisition financings, structured financings and recapitalizations), asset-based finance transactions, second-lien and subordinated debt finance transactions, mezzanine and SBIC fund secured and unsecured transactions, and restructurings and workouts (including debtor-in-possession and exit financings).
Mr. Buscemi has practiced in various business sectors including retail, manufacturing, technology and the food industry and works on "middle market" to "large cap" transactions as well as growth capital and development platform financings. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Buscemi previously worked at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (New York and Stamford).
Mr. Buscemi is the Chair of the firm's Business Development Committee.
