Kristen Bandura is an associate in the Corporate Group and practices in the areas of private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate representation. She has experience representing domestic and international buyers and sellers in a wide variety of transactions, including strategic and private equity mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bandura worked in the aerospace and defense industry for nine years, specializing in supply chain management and global transitions, and focusing on the regions of India, Brazil and Poland. She brings knowledge of contract negotiation, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, export compliance and other governmental compliance regulations from prior industry experience.
Ms. Bandura received her J.D., with honors, from The University of Connecticut School of Law. She also holds a M.S. in Leadership and Strategic Management from Manhattanville College and a B.S. in Psychology, with a minor in Biology and concentration in Neuroscience from the University of Richmond.
