Adam Lanza is an associate in the Corporate Group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and business matters. Mr. Lanza received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as an Articles & Notes Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review, and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. After graduating from law school, Mr. Lanza served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth S. Stong, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lanza was a corporate restructuring associate at DLA Piper LLP in New York. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
