The Finn Dixon & Herling Women’s Initiative Network (“WIN”) is committed to encouraging and coordinating initiatives to further the Firm’s objectives of recruiting, retaining and advancing its female attorneys. WIN initiatives focus on internal mentorship, networking, client and professional development events and programs which encourage, develop and strengthen the skills necessary for the success of its attorneys.
WIN members, consisting of all female attorneys at the Firm, meet regularly to share insights and ideas to further advance women’s inclusion and leadership roles. Currently, Finn Dixon & Herling’s female attorneys account for approximately 36% of all attorneys at the firm.
In addition to its regular meetings, WIN sponsors several events each year, including both external events with clients and other guests and internal get-togethers held exclusively for WIN members. These events are focused on providing our female attorneys with opportunities for (i) additional networking and collaboration with clients and potential business development sources, (ii) support and comradery with their fellow lawyers and (iii) enhanced self-care and wellness.
