Hedge Fund Associate
Seeking associate with 2-5 years of experience in hedge funds and/or private equity funds. Familiarity with and experience in fund formation and investment adviser compliance matters preferred. Willing to consider candidates having experience with private placement transactions and other securities offerings.

Corporate Associate (two positions available)
Seeking two associates with 1-3 years of general corporate transactional experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in venture capital, M&A and securities transactions, preferably involving private equity funds.

Outstanding academic credentials and major law firm experience required for all opportunities.
