Michael Spiro to Serve as Adjunct Professor at Fairfield University Dolan School of Business
In Spring, 2011, Michael Spiro will be teaching a course at Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business entitled “Contemporary Topics in Taxation—The Taxation of Investment Transactions.” The course will focus on practical U.S. federal income tax strategies for structuring domestic and cross border debt, equity, and derivative investments by private equity and hedge funds.
