Michael J. Herling is a founding partner of Finn Dixon & Herling. Mike regularly represents clients in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and corporate governance. He counsels numerous private equity and venture capital firms in connection with investment and buy-out transactions by the funds and their portfolio companies, as well as fund formation work.
