Edward A. Weiss has over twenty-five years of experience practicing finance law, representing financial institutions, private equity and venture funds, corporations and other business entities in a broad range of lending and other credit transactions as well as related debtor-creditor issues. He has extensive experience in representing both lenders and borrowers in credit transactions and is a published author in the field.
