Corporate Associate (Mid-Level)
Seeking a corporate associate with 3-6 years of general corporate transactional experience. Ideal candidates will have mid-level associate experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Finance Associate (Mid-Level)
Seeking a finance associate with 4-7 years of experience representing financial institutions and borrowers. Ideal candidates will have experience in senior secured and mezzanine financings.
Litigation Associate
Seeking an associate with 1-3 years of litigation experience. Candidates must possess excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions. The position provides opportunities for work in civil litigation, white collar defense and securities matters as well as internal investigations. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but is not required.
Private Investment Fund / Investment Management Associate
Seeking a private investment fund / investment management associate with at least 4 years of experience with private fund formation (PE/VC/credit/hedge) as well as investment adviser registration and compliance.
Tax Associate
Seeking a tax associate with 4+ years of experience in the taxation of domestic and offshore private investment funds, including fund formation, LLC and LP agreements. Strong background in partnership and investment management tax matters preferred.
