Seeking a corporate associates with 2-4 years of general corporate transactional experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in venture capital, M&A, and securities transactions, preferably involving private equity funds.
Lending Associate
Seeking lending associate with 2-3 years of experience representing financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in secured financings, unsecured financings and mezzanine financings. Experience handling intercreditor and subordination matters and representing borrowers is a plus.
Outstanding academic credentials and major law firm experience required for all opportunities.
