Brandon Woods focuses his practice on a wide range of business and corporate matters, including private equity and venture capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Woods also advises clients on general corporate matters.
Mr. Woods received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2008, where he was an associate editor of the Journal of International Law. He received a B.A., cum laude, from Amherst College in 2002. He is admitted to practice in the States of Connecticut and New York.
