Marcia Sugrue focuses her practice on strategic and private-equity sponsored acquisitions and venture capital financings. She has experience in private placements and other securities matters. Marcia also advises clients on general corporate matters, including corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling in 2000, Marcia was employed in the Corporate and Securities practice group of Pepper Hamilton LLP (Philadelphia), where she practiced in the areas of public and private securities offerings, private M&A and corporate governance.
