Christine Stanitski practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and related securities transactions. Ms. Stanitski also advises clients in connection with general corporate and securities law matters. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Ms. Stanitski was employed at Dewey Ballantine LLP (New York), where she practiced in the areas of capital markets and securities law. Ms. Stanitski received her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 2002, where she was a member of The Order of the Coif, the editor of the Irving R. Kaufman Securities Law Moot Court Competition, and a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. She received a B.S. from Cornell University in 1995. She is admitted to practice in the States of Connecticut and New York.
