Jose Singer-Freeman practices mainly in the areas of executive compensation and employee benefits. Mr. Singer-Freeman is experienced in the negotiation of executive employment and separation arrangements, as well as in the design and implementation of equity-based incentive plans. Mr. Singer-Freeman advises employers on the treatment of employee benefits and executive compensation in corporate transactions and the administration of 401(k) plans.
Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Singer-Freeman was an associate at Weil, Gotshal and Manges and Baker & McKenzie. He received his J.D. and LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law, where he was also a member of the NYU Law Review.
