Regan C. Rowan practices general corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisition transactions. Mr. Rowan has represented private equity sponsors, venture capital investors, and public and privately held companies in connection with a number of merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions, including portfolio company acquisitions and divestitures, recapitalizations, reorganizations, auction sales, private placements, PIPE transactions and joint venture arrangements. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Rowan was employed in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Jones Day (New York), where he practiced in the areas of public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance.
