Sarah Needham focuses her practice on general corporate matters, with a concentration on M&A transactions. She has experience in venture capital financings, strategic and private-equity sponsored acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Ms. Needham also advises clients on corporate governance matters.
Ms. Needham received her J.D. from The University of Connecticut School of Law in 2007, where she was the managing editor of The Connecticut Journal of International Law. She received a B.A. in Psychology from Cornell University in 2002. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York, and is a member of both the Connecticut Bar Association and American Bar Association.
