Tony Miodonka focuses his practice on corporate bankruptcy and reorganizations, and on business and commercial litigation and appeals. Mr. Miodonka has also assisted corporate and individual clients with matters relating to the negotiation, interpretation and enforcement of employment contracts.
Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Miodonka served as law clerk to The Honorable Justice Peter T. Zarella of the Connecticut Supreme Court.
Mr. Miodonka received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he was valedictorian and Lead Articles Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review. The honors and awards he received include the Connecticut Judges Association Award, the John A. Speziale Award for Excellence in Written Advocacy, the Outstanding Legal Scholarship Award and the Service to the Law School Award, among others.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Miodonka served in the United States Marine Corps, where he earned the rank of Staff Sergeant and successfully completed several tours of combat duty in the Middle East before receiving an honorable discharge in 2004 after more than eight years of service.
