Nancy Lomazzo is counsel in our Real Estate and Debt Financing groups. In her Real Estate practice, Ms. Lomazzo works with business clients on the real estate aspects of their business transactions and with commercial tenants and landlords in their lease negotiations. In the Lending group, Ms. Lomazzo assists in the representation of borrowers and lenders in secured financing transactions. Some of her recent transactions in each group have included advising buyers and sellers on real estate aspects of business acquisitions and dispositions, including 363 acquisitions, representing seller/tenants in sale leaseback transactions, representing tenants in the negotiation of office and warehouse leases and assisting on loan refinancings, restructurings, repurchases and terminations. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Ms. Lomazzo was a member of the Real Estate group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP (New York City).
