Tamu Lewis focuses her practice on commercial and corporate finance and real estate matters. She has experience in acquisition financings, asset-based finance transactions, mezzanine financings and lease negotiations. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Ms. Lewis was employed in the Real Estate group at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (Stamford), where she practiced in the area of general real estate law.
