Richard Kohlberger practices general corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Kohlberger was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (New York) in their Mergers and Acquisitions group. Mr. Kohlberger received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2003, where he was a member of the New York University Annual Survey of American Law. He received a M.A., summa cum laude, from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2000 and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1998. He is admitted to practice in the States of Connecticut and New York.
