Richard Kilbride is a member of Finn Dixon & Herling’s Investment Management group. Mr. Kilbride advises clients on numerous issues relating to the formation and on-going operation of private investment funds (domestic and offshore), separately managed accounts, SEC and state registered investment advisers and broker-dealers. He has broad experience in compliance and registration issues affecting private investment funds and their managers. Mr. Kilbride joined Finn Dixon & Herling in 2005.
Before joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Kilbride was a member of the Investment Management group at Dewey Ballantine LLP (now Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP) in New York.
