Kristina Joye focuses her practice on a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a concentration on mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Joye also advises clients on corporate governance matters.
Ms. Joye received her J.D. from The Georgetown University Law Center in 2010, where she was an executive articles editor of The Georgetown Journal of Law and Modern Critical Race Perspectives. She also served as president of the Black Law Students Association. She received a B.A., magna cum laude, in Political Science from Spelman College in 2007.
