Jon Hirschoff’s practice includes the representation of clients in connection with business acquisitions and with respect to corporate and securities matters. His clients have included privately and publicly held companies, and over the years have ranged in size from start-up enterprises and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Hirschoff has counseled clients with respect to strategic planning, including anti-takeover defense, proxy contests and related matters.
