Jonathan D. Fazzone focuses his practice on general corporate matters, with a concentration on M&A transactions. He has experience in strategic and private-equity sponsored acquisitions, distressed asset acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Mr. Fazzone also advises clients on corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Fazzone was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he practiced in the areas of public and private M&A, bankruptcy and public and private securities.
Mr. Fazzone received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2007, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar each of his three years. He also earned the Parker School Certificate of Achievement and was the Finance Manager and a Notes Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review. He received a B.A. from Bucknell University in 1998, cum laude, having majored in Economics, English and Classics.
From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Fazzone lived in Shanghai, China, where he advised multinational companies on establishing operations in China.
