Peter Buscemi is a Partner in the Debt Financing group. Mr. Buscemi represents banks, private financial institutions, funds and private equity groups in domestic and international commercial and corporate finance matters, leveraged finance transactions (including acquisition financings, structured financings and recapitalizations), asset-based finance transactions, second-lien and subordinated debt finance transactions, and restructurings and workouts (including debtor-in-possession and exit financings). Mr. Buscemi has experience in various business sectors including retail, manufacturing, technology, retail and the food industry. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Buscemi was an associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (New York and Stamford) where he represented lenders in similar transactions.
