Thomas A. Aragona is an associate in the Debt Financing group, with a practice focusing on commercial and corporate finance matters. He has experience with acquisition financings, asset-based finance transactions, dividend recapitalizations and second-lien and subordinated debt finance transactions.
Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Mr. Aragona was an associate in the Banking and Credit group at the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he represented lenders and borrowers in similar transactions.
Mr. Aragona received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2008, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar each of his three years and served on the editorial board of the Columbia Journal of Law & Social Problems. He received a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 2005, having majored in German and International Studies and graduated with general and departmental honors (German).
